Working on the house
Colin and I have been busy working on our home, getting it move-in ready. Here are some pictures of what we've been up to.
Our first big project was painting the front door from white to black and replacing the old gold knob to bronze. We still have to replace the old gold porch light to a bronze one. I love the way it turned out and I was so excited to put up my wreath!
The next big task was to prime all the walls then narrow down the color choices. We are finally done with the painting, I'll post the befores and afters soon.
Another time-consuming project was raking the leaves in our yard. It took us several hours, but we had fun!
We found this empty wasps nest once all the leaves fell off of the trees, it was pretty cool.

Love the door! It looks so good and the rest of your house looks so nice. Can't wait for the before and after pictures.
Wow, you guys have been busy. The door looks great and what I see so far of the painting looks great, too. That's nice you guys have made so much headway. I wish I could come see it!
